Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an order, we’re here to help! We offer 30-day returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy carefully as not all return requests will be accepted.

Acceptable Returns:

  • Items returned within 30 days in the same condition they were delivered, with all packaging. All products sold are brand new.
  • Wrong items received or items shipped in error.

Non-Acceptable Returns:

  • Defective items: Defective items are not returnable; however, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please read the 30-day warranty policy below.
  • Returns due to personal reasons such as:

Restocking Fees:

If a return is accepted (which is possible in some cases), a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied to the refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once a return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. Upon completion of the return processing, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Partial Refunds:

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, a restocking fee, or to return the item back to you and not issue a refund. If an item is returned to sender after it has been shipped, the customer will only qualify for a partial refund after a 30% restocking fee is applied. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

30-Day Warranty

DigitZone covers all products under a 30-day warranty for any product with a technical defect. This includes any product with an issue that qualifies as a technical defect.

Technical Defect Examples:

  • A product malfunctioning out of the box
  • A product failing to function properly due to a manufacturing error

Non-Technical Defect Examples:

  • Issues with your iOS system being buggy (as these are not Apple products)
  • Issues with Spotify, Youtube, Apple Play, or other apps
  • Software problems not caused by a technical defect

Warranty Process:

If you receive a product with a technical defect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue before the 30-day warranty period expires. If the issue is a technical defect, we will issue a free replacement at no cost to you. We strongly advise all customers to contact us within the 30-day period. After this period, we will not be able to cover your product under warranty.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return reason is due to an error on our part.
